Glen Waverley Speech Night 2019
The Glen Waverley Speech Night 2019 was held at Melbourne Town Hall, with students, families and staff coming together to celebrate and farewell our Class of 2019.
Included in this year’s graduating class were 15 Indigenous students from the Yiramalay/Wesley Studio School, the largest ever Yiramalay cohort to graduate.
As Glen Waverley School Captains Lucy Poole and Lachie Pont aptly concluded in their final message to their peers, teachers and families: “Whilst we acknowledge that there will be challenges to face, we have been equipped by our Wesley education to put our best foot forward as we create our own future.”
