Beauty and the Beast Rehearsals
Wesley’s Elsternwick campus has been preparing to stage Disney’s 'Beauty and the Beast' at the National Theatre in St Kilda this weekend. The cast of 80 Middle School students from Years 5-9 have been rehearsing for the past three months to present this timeless tale at the heritage theatre.
A supporting crew of 35 students and staff will be working behind the scenes to ensure that the music, sets, props and costumes are just right. The final rehearsal has been held in Fitchett Hall, and the cast and crew are ready to welcome a large audience to see the performances.
