Deciding which school is right for your child is an important decision, and our admissions staff are available to assist you along the journey. 2025 fees and charges are detailed below along with discount opportunities to assist families.
Enrolment fees
The following one-off fees are payable during the application and enrolment process for all new students.

*Enrolment fees are non-refundable, not transferable and cannot be deferred to a future year level.
Annual fees
Annual fees for international students comprise of:
- Tuition fees
- Infrastructure levy
- International Student levy of $5,406. This levy is applied per student.
- Consolidated charge: covers extras such as some excursions, library resources, some textbooks and some stationery.

Year 9 Clunes Program
The total cost for the eight-week Year 9 Clunes program is $5,500.
This cost is in addition to the Tuition Fee and Consolidated Charge, and is billed prior to the student attending Clunes.

Year 10 Yiramalay Induction Program
The total cost for the three-week Year 10 Yiramalay Induction Program is $TBD with Studio Schools of Australia (excluding airfares which will be charged at cost). This cost is in addition to the Tuition Fee and Consolidated Charges and will be billed prior to the student attending Yiramalay.
Discounts
Family discounts
At Wesley, coeducation is central to our vision for learning, as is our commitment to keeping children in one family together.
A family discount applies where three or more children are at Wesley College concurrently. The discount is applied to the Tuition Fee only at 20% for the third child and 50% for the fourth and any subsequent children. A 10% discount for a second child is also available when a third child has commenced at Wesley and enrolments are concurrent.
Early payment discount
A discount of 2.5% is available if the total Annual Fees are paid in advance e.g. 2025 Annual Fees are paid in full by 31 October 2024.
This discount applies to the Tuition Fee and Consolidated Charge only.

The College accepts the payment of fees and charges by:

- Credit card - MasterCard and Visa (surcharge fees apply)
- Charge card - American Express (surcharge fees apply)
- BPAY (surcharge fees apply for credit cards)
Health cover
The Australian Government requires that all international students holding student visas must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire period of their student visa and stay in Australia.
Please refer to the Department of Home Affairs website for all relevant information. It is the responsibility of applicants to purchase OSHC prior to commencing the online visa application and provide evidence of the policy and cover dates to Wesley College prior to commencement.
Student Accident Insurance
Wesley College prides itself on the provision of a safe learning environment for all students.
Even in the safest environment, accidents and injuries can still occur. The College Council, recognising there may be costs associated with student injuries, has purchased a Group Student Accident Policy, which is provided free to all families.
